Error code %lm-2 prevents watching on demand

Error code %lm-2 prevents watching on demand

We have a TiVo Bolt, and more than 80% of the time we try to watch a program on demand we get the error code %lm-2. In the past, it would always work by the third try. Lately, we can't get it to work at all. I've had horrible experience with phone support and dread calling, they don't know the product and can't do much except read a script. They're worse than a voice automated phone system. Can anyone offer any assistance?

CableCARD Serial Number

Unit Address

Host ID

Data ID

 

TiVo Serial Number

OOB Status
