Error 14

I have had this issue for more than two years.   I am having them come out again on Sunday and if they don't fix it, I'll be having them take the boxes with them.   I am a 35 year customer and they won't even give me a $10 credit for the inconvenience of not having the television, let alone the numerous times technicians have come out.   One young lady actually told me I don't pay for on demand so I shouldn't complain when it doesn't work.   Last fall, they even had the audacity to try to charge me to fix this ... not that it was fixed anyway.
