Can't find my On Demand purchase

I purchased an on Demand movie, and somehow exited to live TV and now I cannot go back to watching my purchase. Pls help. Thx

It should be listed under "Saved Programs" at the end of the first On Demand pages.

The puchase for an event 20 mins long.  I went to live TV in the first 5 mins...and looked under my Saved Programs but did not fin it there.  Not sure what happened.  Is this common?

24-hour viewing period for On Demand movies

6-hours for Adult Programming

3-hours for complimentary content if the the program is one hour or longer. For other On Demand content:

Good to know for future use.

 

However, there has to be a way to get back to your purchase during your purchased window for smaller shows too (~20 mins in this case) to get back to the program if you accidentally press a button and exit out of it.  I feel like I unfairly charged 5 dollars for something I did not get to watch at all.
