I'm  basically having the same problem as another poster. The signal keeps going in and out. The best way to describe it is that you know how the screen goes blank when you change the channel and then it comes back on? That is the way it acting now, except its every 10 seconds (or seems that way).

I called on this issue before and had a service scheduled but cancelled when the issue seemed to fix itself. Now its back! Do you know what causes this problem? I've checked all the connections ect..everything that we are told to do, so its not that.  Its not the tv because when I turn the cable off, it works fine (I'm able to get one channeld. Any help would be appreciated!

Is it the box?

Don''t cancel the next appointment, and call in to schedule another.  Please make notes of times, channels, and weather conditions including rain, high humidity, temp when the picture is bad.  This will help him if it is working when he arrives.  He has the equipment to narrow this down, find and fix the issue for you.

He will determine if it's the box or a signal issue.
