my cable box is not working

when i put my tv on, the cable box shows the channel and the program at the bottom ofthe screen. It says not authorized in blue screen above.  there is no sound, only static  how can this be fixed/  I went under help, could not resolve the issue

Call 1-800-COMCAST.  If there is a problem with the box, they may be able to resolve it by sending a signal.  What box do you have, what cable package, and is this true for all channels?
