I am getting an error code 340 saying that my box is not activated

and it has always worked before and it is registered on my account. What can I do?

Call into Comcast and have them verify that the provisioning codes are in fact on the box and your account.... it's the only way!!!  Something has dropped off somewhere....

Hello 

As geek46 said, there was a code missing for one of your boxes. I've added it and sent activations. Can you let me know if the issue is still present and also provide the Serial # of the box with the error? You can find that on the bottom of the box.
