Hello,

I have had this cable box for a while now and have had no problems up until now. I went to sleep with the box working perfectly fine. Then, I wake up and it won't work. The lights on the box come on and even the menu pops up and tells me what show is on, but the show isn't there, it's just a black screen. I've tried multiple channels but they're all the same. Oddly enough, other TV's in my house are fine. Also, no locks have been set on any channels nor was there any severe weather last night that could have knocked the cable off. Anyone have an idea?

Solution

Unplug the cable box for a couple of minutes, then plug it back in.

Haha sweet call, thanks. Too early in the morning to think for me.
