Your cable box is having reception issues. Check the coaxial cable that comes from the wall to the back of your cable box and make sure its screwed on tightly at the wall and behind the box. Also if there is a splitter, check the connections on that as well. Then reset the box (unplug the power cord for 30 seconds and plug back in) and that should resolve the issue. If not then a technician will have to be sent out to resolve.
