What is 800# for support? local area customer support disconnected!

Is there an out of area # I can call to get a reset done on TV that has no signal? Or schedule a technician

Live Chat is not available......1 hr wait so far

I did request they call me....nothing available until 3:15 tomorrow afternoon.

 

This is a national company, they must be able to help from somewhere??????

We have 3 TVS,  suddenly on 1  small box TV (Sony Bravia) there was no sound.

 Somehow in using the Sony remotewe get No Signal.

 I called Comcast , they said outage in area.........Yes we had outage but it was working fine After restored 2 days ago.

So I cannot talk to a live person.  I know usually they do a reset from the office with such issues.

 

Suggestions?

I just tried to call them at 800-266-2278 ;     4 x     phone disconnected or not in service!!!

This is the number we always used and it worked last night except just got recorded message about outages which were Corrected here 2 days ago!!!!

That is what I have been using,  there is no signal with any of the choices

the small comcast remote does nothing as it is not the main big box

Is there a way to schedule a tech appt online?  OUr customer service # has been disconnected or is out of service!!!!!!

Is there a phone # I can call because our local # has been DISCONNECTED

Comcast Cable

All cables are tight and in correct places.  I have unplugged the small box from comcast for 10 minutes.....

.....it worked last evening except for sound

Our CC # has been disconnected or?????

Live chat is not working.... 1hr so far
