Upgrade?

I keep getting a message on my TV screen asking me to tune to ch. 1995 to do an "upgrade on us."

I assume that "on us" means that there won't be yet, another charge, made to me to do this upgrade.

I want to make sure that there is NO charge.  Anyone else got this, or done this; is there no change in billing to do it?

Thanks!

The "free" upgrade is to update your cable box with a newer version that will be able to handle the upcoming changes to transmissions,
