Tv not connected

I am a new customer. I want to have three TVS connected and they are not working, only one is. I was on the phone with support yesterday for almost 2 hours and no luck, Could I please get a srervice call????? Not a great way to start out with this company. 

 

PLEASE HELP.

How did you hook up your TVs to get service? Did you make a prior appointment with Comcast to install the proper equipment and set up your account correctly?
