TV blue screen every 1-10 minutes

TV blue screen every 1-10 minutes

We had new boxes installed in November 2017.  The living room TV is impossible to watch a program.  Every 2-5 mnutes blinks with blue screen displays saying "No Service" then TV comes back for 2-5 minutes, then repeat.  This does not happen on our other TVs.  We've done all the suggestions--checked inputs and connections, reboot several times, check wiring into the house.  Everything is fine and if it were wiring, it would all our sets. It's a single family home, not an apartment or townhouse.  What's the problem?  As others have stated, we pay a high price for Cable and would expect these problems with equipment to be no charge fixes.

For something of this nature it is best to have a TECH onsite evaluate the problems and make any corrections needed.  You can call Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and request a TECH visit.
