TIVO onDemand Issues After Moving and modifying account

Please help a frustrated customer!


I am a longtime Comcast/xfinity customer. I recently moved to a new house. I moved my TIVO Bolt with a cable card. Everything was working, but we did not have HBO (on any of the TVs) as we were supposed to. Customer service corrected this and when they did, onDemand stopped working on my TIVO. It worked fine on my xfinity box. The last time I had this issue it had to do with coding on the billing account, which makes sense as this is what customer service modified.


I have spent HOURS on the phone with support trying to rectify this, but have made ZERO progress. Ticket#CR738490845
