Spanish audio and Narrative

Channel 7 and 20 that I know of go into spanish off and on, also the narrative describing what the characters are doing (Sheldon enters the room)

 

I have analog cable and net.  The remote that your fix described is not my remote, so what can we do?

If you have a DTA, and your remote control has a LANG button on it, press it.
