Software Update Message

Keep getting software update message on my recently installed TV sets, but can't seem to update to get picture back.  Have to turn off set and turn back on to get rid of message and get picture.

Thanks got it.  It's the smart TV update.  Needed to use TV's own remote.  Many thanks.

SOunds like the TV is requesting the software update to its firmware ????   If so, you might want to go ahead and do that....    I have never heard of software update messages coming from Comcast equipment...  they usually do that at night and it is automatic.....
