I was watching TV.. I switched to Amazon. When I switch back to TV! I get signal not found, check external inputs

Are you sure that you’re on the proper tv input or The tv is on Ch3

It's on HDMI1. I don't know how to check the Chanel.  When I go to setup Chanel it says one Chanel.

The message says "No signa.  Check the external input or select another input using the input button." I did not change any of the setting, I just went to Amazon to watch a money

Is HDMI 1 the port the cable box is on? Cable box have power?
