Set-Top Box Status Code 340

The cable connection is working (I plugged in the X1 box from the living room that is working fine to the coax cable in the bedroom and it connects fine). Screen message says ‘device not activated’, ‘check cable connection’. Coax cable is finger tight; everything else is connected properly. I tried unplugging and restarting etc with no success.
Set-up Top Box S/N: PAX502462478

I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Yes. Spoke with Comcast agent Derek and he sent a signal to the small box and got it working right away. Thank you!

Have you called in to get it activated, while it’s hooked to coax?
