Second cable box will not connect

Second cable box will not connect

Second box will not connect i tried to cycle the power and nothing i get the welcome screen but nothing after that what can i do to get my service back ?

Well, you don't say which model box, but it's likely that calling Tech Support and having them send a 'hit' or Activation Signal might solve the issue.  Assuming it DOES have signal on it's input.

Did it ever work? Do you get an error code on screen?
