Remote isn't working

Remote XR2 loss the ability to use the GUIDE and to input a channel number to skip to.  Also, when on a channel, the TV no longer lets you know what channel and time (information regarding what station you're on.

hi, would you reply with the model number of your set top box (found on a label under the box).
