Having issues with one of 3 remote devices, When I press to turn TV on or off the light indicator remains red as well as when we want to change the volume, however, when I want to change channels, use the guide I am able to do so (the indicator light turns green)

I changed the batteries and that did not make any difference.

Any suggestions?

Using this link:  https://www.xfinity.com/support/remotes/   Reprogram the remote for the TV that the remote is not controlling.  If this fails, you may need to swap out the remote for a new one.  Swapping Remotes can be done for free at any local Service Center.  Locations can be found using this link:  http://customer.xfinity.com/service-center-locations
