Remote Contol not working

My remote control hasn't been working for a week. I bought new batteries and still nothing. I haven't been able to watch TV in my bedroom. Please help!

look at the top front of the voice remote and press channel up one time and note the red LED location. Now press the up channel button one time and note the LED flash(es). did you see just red, or did it blink blue then red?

It blinks nothing..it's completely dead. I need a new remote! How do I go about getting one?

if you have verified you put the batteries in correctly and they were fresh you can get a new remote at the Comcast store in your area.
