Ref. Code: s0500

I just tried calling Comcast about my cable being out & it said they couldn't take my call because of high call volume.  My cable is giving me the error code listed above, is cable out in my area?

if you click the my account tab top right of this page on the right side you can check for an outage.  are you sure its not Saoo that be signal related and could be caused by an outage in your area.

Why are none of my HD channels working?

Code So500 should be available momentarily has been showing for more than 30 mins
