I'm having the same problem. I had a similar problem with the last new Tivo box I bought 2-3 years ago and ended up going through about 7 cable cards over 2-3 weeks and getting hooked up with the exec customer service team in SLC (or whatever it's called). It would be nice to not have to go through that again. 

 

ComcastZach, can you help me out?

CableCard Serial Number

Unit Address

Host ID

Data ID

 

TiVo Type

TiVo Serial Number

OOB Status
