Sometimes you can clear up DVR problems such as this by unplugging the DVR power for a moment, then plugging it back in. You will temporarily lose program guide data, but it will be replenished over a few hours.

I am trying to delete a recording from my dvr. The recording is not locked and have tried to delete from My Recordings and it just will not go away. Tried to delete from DVR Cleanup, same thing. How do I get rid of it?
