No sound at first

When I first turn my TV on in the morning I get no sound.  I turn to another channel and I have sound.  Is this a signal 

problem or TV?

Pixellation is it caused by poor signal or crappy TV?

You are describing poor signal issues.... call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and request a TECH onsite to evaluate and make the necessary repairs to your service.
