No Sound on Local Channels

Anybody have any idea why one TV in my house has no sound ONLY for local channels?  Every other channel's sound is OK on that TV and every other TV in my house is OK.

I don't know why it would be only for local channels, but some people have discovered that they have inadvertantly selected an alternate audio source on their TV which has no signal.

I have no sound either on local channels... all the other ones have sound.... WTH!

We had to exchange those little boxes they mailed to us last year. It's not the first time either. When it first occured, called the 800 number, the service person did something and the sound worked awhile. But then they couldn't fix it and we had to replace the cheap boxes.
