Check the coax connector at the wall outlet, and at the back of the box, confirm the coax is connected to the input port. Make sure all connectors are snug. The coax jumper might have gotten damaged, or the connector got pulled away from the coax. Look at the ends of the connectors and make sure the center copper conductor is about at the end of the connector and is centered properly.
If the coax jumper looks damaged or the ends are loose, you can get another high quality jumper at the local Comcast office.
The to be announced on the guide is normal when the box has been disconnected, it will populate over the next 24 hours if the box has a signal.

I unplugged my cable box to untangle the window shade cord from around the wire . I plugged it back in and every channel said to be announced and its been like that for 3 hours . All 5 other rooms work fine except my bedroom TV. Its said one moment please . Ref code S0900. Any one knows what that means?
