June 7, 2017 Channel lineup changes

I am not an X1 customer.  When the subject changes go into affect, will my DVR recordings be lost?

Existing recordings are not affected by channel changes, including complete removal. You may need to recreate series recordings settings. I'm not sure how well they will follow channel number changes.
