I receive mail that you will replace my older TV box with a new one. How do I get this done?

I receive mail that you will replace my older TV box with a new one. How do I get this done?

Please inform me how to get a new TV box to replace the old one that will be obsolete on 5/15/17.

You can swap out your old box for the new one by bringing it with you to your local Service Center ( locations can be found using this link:  http://customer.xfinity.com/service-center-locations

 

Or you can call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and have a self-install kit shipped to you for free.  You will need to send the old box back to Comcast after swapping it out and instructions for doing this should be included in the self-install kit.
