How do you qualify for X1 Platform

Is the X1 platform available to current triple play customers in CT? If so, how do you go about getting it installed and if not available any idea when it will be available to current triple play customers?

You should look at the X1 forums before you do anything.

X1 is available in CT and in order to get it out there, you need to be in a triple play.  Contact Comcast and ask them to switch you to the X1 boxes.  

 

If you are going to switch keep in mind that all boxes have to be X1 you can't keep new and old boxes mixed together.  Also there is a pro install involved, however if you contact Comcast, there are promotions to do a free install or swap.
