HDMI connection

HDMI connection

I keep losing my HDMI connection even though I've restarted and checked all the connecitons several times. Other tvs in the house work. We've evn tried another set top box. Same issue. What could be the problem?

Could be the HDMI cord or possibly the tv’s HDMI port.

What HDMI connection to which television?

 

Without knowing what your specific problem is, we cannot help you. Do you have a new 4K television? Have you read your tv manual to make sure your equipment is correctly connected. New equipment may require a newer high-speed HDMI cable.
