Good old customer service still worthless when it comes to Cable Card

Woke up this morning and was getting channel not authorized everywhere, after a 30 minute transfer-> transfer -> Transfer the last lady punted and said its a Tivo problem and its not in scope, Event hough the cable card is coming up not provisioned.

Is there anybody around that can actually get this fixed?
