Tivo roamio and premire suddenly not getting on demand. I have also a x1 box. Also in account app under devices the two tivo boxes are not the same serial numbers as they were ONLY 2 days ago. My patience with this company is at the end. I am not under a contract and I have had nothing but disrespectful people who have lied and hung up and then I believe this on purpose. For 260 dollars a month I expect better. It does not even show the online chats or multiple phone calls scalls I made under activity since the 23. And it's the 30th.
