DVD issues

My image goes black at times on my smart tv. Samsung has done diagnostics an claims it is not their tv. The only component in the line is the DVD. How do I get a replacement unit.

If you mean the Comcast DVR, the fastest way is to swap it out at your local Service Center.....  locations can be found using this link:  http://customer.xfinity.com/service-center-locations

 

You can also call into Comcast and request a new unit be shipped to you bu you will need to return your old unit back to Comcast ( Comcast Service Center or any UPS center )
