Received replacement DTA box. Activated on the website. Box boots up, shows a "This may take a few minutes" screen on the TV. DTA light turns green and then powers down. Will not come back on unless unplugged. Repeated tries yield same result.

The activation may not have taken.... call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR about having the box initialized.
