DTA box blinking. Won't complete update.

DTA box blinking. Won't complete update.

My DTA has been trying to update, but never finishes. It gets to anywhere from 25 to 45% progress, then starts over. I have 2 DTAs that are old, the originals from when they first came out. Surely there must be updated equipment by now, is it possible to exchange for new equipment?

Yes there is newer versions, you can update at anytime

I’ve escalated it up to a colleague to assist you either getting one sent out or a tech out.
