Comcast DVR stuttering

I am getting alot of freezing and sound dropping out.  I have a Comcast DVR and HD service.

This is happening to myself as well.  Do I need to send the DVR back for a replacement?

It can be either a signal issue or the drive in the DVR is failing.

 

You are welcome to take the DVR and remote to the local office for a swap first, then if it still does it, get a tech out.  You can also just call for a service call and the tech will determine the reason and fixi it.
