Can't Change Channel/Remote Trouble/Cable Box Error Message 7:3'5

Hello.

I am a new customer to comcast and have a problem that I could use some help on. When the tech came and set up my comcast cable and remote...it worked fine...now less than a week later...I am having a problem with it. I am not sure if it is something I have accidentally done or if it is something else.

 

When I use the comcast remote to change the channel, nothing happens. The light does blink, however the channel does not change. On the comcast box it shows 7:3'5

I am not sure what has happened and I do not know how to fix it.

 

Can anyone help?
