CableCard and HD Home Run Prime

Still trying to get my HD Home Run to work with my X1 service.

Received the 1st CableCard in the mail from Comcast, did the online activation, VCTID and VCT stayed at 0

Did phone support for an hour or so (removed/readded,etc) with no luck

Phone tech said to stop by local Xfinity store, return this CC and get 2 more

Did that today, came home, did the online activation, but Im stuck at 'Card Validation : None'

From what Ive read over the days while on the phone, my end seems to be OK?

Even tried to replace the 'Comcast' installed cable line thats like 5 yrs old, with a brand new one, swapped the cables around, swapped splitters, tried setting up the Silicon box upstairs where the 2nd Comcast box is, still nothing.
