CABLE TV HAS NO PICTURE OR SOUND

I was having problems with no picture and no sound this morning and contacted comcast, they sent two signals to my cable box, had me unplug the co axial from the wall, unplug the tv and many hours later I have picture and sound but  now I only get 9 channels

Call them back, they should send another "hit" to the box to restore your full lineup.  This is if your getting "not authorized" messages on the missing channels.

It doesnt say not authorized but the info bar is there at the bottom of the screen and it says whats on  but no pic or sound?
