I was supposed to have xfinity installed today but when the tech got there he told me he could not install because he could not get the correct angle from the bump pole to the house. He told me I would need to have a cabel buried and they could install that way. I then asked him about a temp line since he told me a story where they ran wire to a tree before temporarily. So I told him that was not a problem and he said "well let me call a supervisor." His supervisor said he could not run any temp line because he "wanted to do the install right the first time." So now I am stuck with no internet or cable for potentially a month.
Is there anyway someone can look into running a temp line for me?
