Bad Box?

Bad Box?

After the power returned to the house after the recent storm related outage my box will not turn on. The other one in the house is  fine. Could the power have caused a surge and killed the box? I tried moving it to different power outlets but still nothing.

Very possible, you can either have a tech out or swap the box and power supply at your local Xfinity store
