Ask Comcast

I've only had Comcast for about a week now. So I'll keep trying, but has anyone ever gotten "Ask Comcast" to work? It hasn't worked for me yet.

Seems to work for me. At least it opens, I try not to ask Comcast too much. I rely more on these Forums for Help. The people here are actual users who have experience with Comcast.

Bob, are you sure you're talking about the same thing? "Ask Comcast" isn't live chat, it looks like it's basically a search engine for the FAQs.

I just tried it and it worked fine. I typed a couple of the sample questions that it listed and got reasonable answers.

Since this doesn't have anything to do with email, I've moved this thread from E-mail to Comcast.net Site.

Me too. I was going by your comment that you don't like to ask Comcast anything -- that seemed to imply that you didn't want to ask a Comcast employee. But Ask Comcast doesn't send to a person.
