Anyroom DVR not working

Recently upgraded to xfinity after years of regular comcast cable tv service. I was advised that I would have the anyroom DVR service.  It has been over 2 weeks and 4 techs and numerous customer service calls later and the service does not work, I am able to record the shows on the main HUB, but unable to view or see any services associated with anyroom DVR on the secondary hubs. Its getting frustrating..  The latest was a tech visit today where the main Hub was switched out.  The service still does not work.....   ANY SUGGESTIONS!?!?!
