today in video

When I click on Today in Video to watch a video it dosen't play.

Please explain where and how you were trying to access that programming/video. 

 

Was it on a menu on your X1 device or web based (for example using an app on a smart device).

When I click on Today in Video in Xfinity internet it well say video is loading but it never plays it. I have MacBook Air with Apple latest operating system.
