timing out!

I don't appreciate being "timed out"  after signing in because there was inactivity on my part for a few minutes!  What a nuisance and irritation having to sign in every few minutes.  Are you over-booked for useage?

I had XC time out while I was right in the middle of composing a rather long email because of inactivity... lost everything. I guess constantly typing while composing an email is considered inactivity by comcast. What a joke. Does anyone know how to disable this timeout or change the timeout period?
