new email format - no account/email access

After the email upgrade, having intermittent issues with access to ANY xfinity service.  "Tech support" has been laughable. Called 5 times, and they have told me everything is working just fine.  Really? 

Also was told I would get call back from tech support.  Still waiting after initial report 4 days ago.

Waiting for someone with technical expertise.  How long is that actually going to take?
