Can you duplicate this issue on different web browsers?

Is the date and time on your computer correct?

Thanks,

trying to set my home page to http://xfinity.comcast.com how do I do that

Which browser do you use please?  IF it is Internet Explorer:

Click on Tools, then click on Internet Options.  Change it in the General tab window.

If you don't use Internet Explorer, post back with which browser/version you are using.

When I go to my home page it is not saying Xfinity Comcast.com.  It says msn and this is not my home page.  How do I get back to Xfinity Comcast.com?

Comcast Xfinity upgrade apperead to have caused the problem with difficulty pulling out e-mails from webmail page including degradation of uploading and downloading speed. All webmail menu pages has changed and links are volatile and inconsistent. Tech support claimed it is all because of compatibility. Yes, but after Xfinity portal is upgraded. Before Xfinity all IE browser versions are running flawless and if there is a problem it is a user issue. Should you are running a business your communication status with clients is compromised and legal liability is at stake. This problem is running for sometime and I haven't seen a fix or corrective patch from Comcast yet. Suggestion, restore back the old version of Comcast portal and streamline your new portal upgrade.
