Why can't you seem to keep the weather symbol working on the top of the left side

right by the name of my city just to the right of it I could run my mouse over the temp

and get the 5 day forecast pop up. It always seems to disappear. Can you please fix this?

there are so many third party ones that are so much better.

  Get the temperature up next to my city. Why can't you solve this one day it's there and then it's gone

Do you have cookies set for Comcast, or do they clear when you close your browser?  Does your city re-appear after you've signed in?
