I don't see a better place to put this, but in case someone from Comcast might stumble across it...


After enabling click-to-play in Firefox 15.0.1 I logged into my account via https://customer.comcast.com.  During the login process I saw several glitches related to not having plugins enabled.  Please make sure to design and test your pages to work smoothly with browsers that have been configured for stronger security and privacy.  I would encourage you to not include any third party scripts/content (Omniture, Baynote, Foresee, whatever) on account related pages.

I'm attempting to pay a past due bill.  I called the customer service number on the bill, she couldn't get the card to process.  I suggested I would do it myself online, in attempt to do this, there's an error in the comcast system.  So, I am attempting to contact someone about this situation.  Under My Account, there should be a Contact Us button.  However, there is none.  Mind you, this is the only website I've ever seen that doesn't have a Contact Us button when dealing with your own account.  How do we get in touch with you if we have no number, except to order more channels, no email, no live chat, nothing available to us to speak with you about our accounts?  My suggestion?  Whoever is in charge of designing this webpage, needs to add a contact us button.  I shouldn't have to run multiple Google searches on Comcast just to find contact information.  If you value your customers as your motto states, then value them with an easy access contact information.
